How the wedding countdown works
Pick the date of your ceremony. The big number shows how many calendar days are left, and the exact countdown underneath runs to midnight at the start of your wedding day in your time zone. Add your names and the result reads “Sam & Alex's wedding is in 120 days!”
The weeks figure is often the most useful one while planning, because vendors, venues, and wedding guides tend to talk about lead times in weeks and months.
Wedding planning by time left
Every wedding is different, but these are the timings couples and planners commonly work to. Use the countdown to see which stage you're in.
