Quickest help: email support@notchiko.app with the email address you used at checkout. The Contact Support link in Notchiko's Restore Purchase window fills in your app version for you.
Restore a purchase
Reinstalled Notchiko on the same Mac? It usually unlocks by itself. If not, open Settings › Notchiko Lifetime › Restore Purchase…, paste the license key from your purchase email (it starts with NB-), and click Restore.
Bought on notchiko.app?
Your license key is shown on the thank-you page after checkout and emailed to you. Download Notchiko, open Settings › Notchiko Lifetime › Restore Purchase…, paste the key, and click Restore.
Can't find your license key?
In Restore Purchase…, enter the email you used at checkout and click Email My Key. It can take a minute to arrive, so check your spam folder too. Still nothing? Email us and we'll look it up.
Moving to a new Mac
A Lifetime license is active on one Mac at a time. On your old Mac, open Settings › Notchiko Lifetime and choose Deactivate This Mac…. Then restore your purchase on the new Mac with your license key.
Old Mac lost, broken, or already wiped? Email us your license key or checkout email and we'll free it up for you.
Checkout didn't unlock Notchiko
- Keep Notchiko open while you finish checkout in your browser. It unlocks automatically once payment goes through.
- If you closed Notchiko during checkout, just open it again; it finishes unlocking on launch.
- Still locked? Use the license key from your purchase email in Restore Purchase….
- Cancelled or timed-out checkouts are never charged.
